Hello,
When we arrived in Stockholm at my auntie Jenny's and Mattia's house we got a big wonderful surprise.
Our dear cat Blomman, who my auntie is taking care of when we are in NZ had got two adorable kittens just 4hours ago.
Blomman was so proud of her baby's and rolled on her back so we could see the kittens.
One of the kittens had an almost black back and small skinny strips on it's head.
The other one was my favourite it had alot of grey thicker strips.
You coulden't keep your hands of them.

Hello,
Today it might be the last blog in Sweden this year.
I will really miss Sweden and my family. );
Right now I am at my dad’s parent’s house and going to my aunties house in Stockholm at 2.00pm.
We are flying out from Arlanda the air port of Stockholm 4pm (swedish time) on Saturday the 6th,
and we will arrive in Auckland 9am (nz time) Sunday the 8th than drive to Whakatane.
The time difference between the countries is for the moment 10hours (most of the year it is 12h difference depending on day light savings.)
I got my older cousins old watch last night.
I love my watch!!
It only needs some batteries.
I have been practising whistling every day on my holiday so I finally now have learnt and can whistle mostly whenever I want.
Miss you Johanna

Hello,
In Grundsund it is best if you have a boat, because all the really beautiful sights you can only see from a boat.
Anyway my dad's younger sister and her family have a summer house on Lava island.
It’s an island close to Grundsund and is on the west coast of Sweden.

Hello,
Yesterday we went to a rainy summer concert with three different Swedish popular bands. The bands which preformed were Lars Winnerbäck, Lale and Anne Brun. We spent 5hours listenig to these bands in the rain and the strong wind.
We were freezing cold when we jumped in the car 11.30pm.
We used towels to get us dry.
Have you ever heard of any of the bands?
You probably haven’t because they are from Sweden and Norway and mostly sing in Swedish.
Today it is the last day at my grandparent’s house and we won't have internet until we get to my other grandparent's in Västerås (my dad's parents).
See you Johanna

Sorry, I forgot the photos of the steem engine, from the last blog.

Skånes Djurpark

Hello,
Today we went to Skånes Djurpark. It is a zoo, there they care for animals from Sweden and the northen part of the world. For exampel. Bears, mooses, lynx, badger, beavers, deers, seals and so on. Old farmer animals like horses, pigs, cows, vincents, rabbets, sheep and chickens. They also run different rescue projects for example storks (a bird).
Three times this week we have picked blueberries in the forest. I love blue berry pie.
My grandpa had promised my little brother David that when we came home to them from New Zealand he was going to take us to an old steam engine train and have a ride.
Yesterday was the big day for David and us. It was a lovely summer day on the train we had to open the windows and hang out to get the fresh air and see the steam raising in the sky.
see you Johanna

Fun Fun Fun

Hello,
Sorry I haven’t blogged during the last week. We have done so much and I have had to spend time with my grandparents since I haven’t seen them for 2 years. I love them so much. Well, now I have spare time.....
Day one we built a hut. It is small and has a blanket as a door. It has rectangular holes for windows and crayon drawings for house paint.
We also went for swims almost every day. The first swim was in Åhus , a little town with a beach on the east coast of south of Sweden. There is an enormous pier and there are tons of names of people who has donated money for the pier. In the end of the pier there is a 2 ½ m jump and after the jump you can swim to a floating platform. The sea water in Åhus is always very cold. When we were there the temperature was 16 celcisus, and it is cold if you compare it with Halmstad on the west coast there it was 23 celcisus. The reason is that Åhus on the east coast has the Baltic Sea and it is much deeper than the Nordic sea which is on the west coast by Halmstad.
Swimming in Bosarps lake was beautiful. It was like swimming in non beating cream. The surroundings was also magnific. The cristal blue lake with the lush forest around the lake.
The pools were different a lot of antibacterial cleaning and this stuff made my nose feel that I was bleeding. But it was so fun jumping from the 3 meters diving tower and swimming and playing in the water.
In August, the Suedes have big crabs partys. They eat seafood, sing songs, wear hats and the adults drink snaps. In the Svenssons family we have it every year so they had the party a bit earlier so we could join this year.
I love strawberries and now it is right season in Sweden to pick them for 2 dollars for a liter, about 500 g. It is great to be and live on the countryside.
